Ventrica, the fast-growth customer experience outsourcer for many of the world’s leading blue-chip organisations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joann Passingham as its new Chief Financial Officer. Joann will take over as CFO and will be responsible for executing the company’s finance functions with the objective of driving revenue growth, margin expansion and cashflow. Joann will report directly to CEO, Iain Banks
Joann joins Ventrica having established herself as an experienced CFO with extensive leadership experience at EMEA and Global level, across both commercial, public sector and not-for-profit sectors.
Having led global multi-discipline teams for leading BPO organisations including Williams Lea and Sitel, Joann has more recently focussed on bringing a fresh approach to the public and not-for-profit sector, most notably at The Prince’s Trust and Climate KIC. Throughout her career, Joann has focussed on ensuring that the finance function is well placed to support in improving operational performance, driving growth, and increasing both efficiency and profitability.
