Ventrica has won a contract to supply inbound call management services for Tempcover, the UK's leading broker for temporary car and van insurance

CEO at Tempcover, Alan Inskip commented, “We looked at a number of outsourcers, but Ventrica’s professionalism, competitive pricing and FSA accreditation, convinced us that they could be the ideal partner to manage our inbound telephony operation.”

Inskip continues, “We expect the conversion rates to be similar to running an in-house operation, however, with Ventrica we don’t have the additional costs of HR, recruitment, sickness issues etc, therefore it is a far more cost-effective way of running this aspect of our business.
