Customer Experience outsourcing specialist, Ventrica has been shortlisted for 3 categories at the 2023 Call Centre Management Association (CCMA). 2023 CCMA Awards

• Contact Centre of the Year
• Contact Centre Leader of the Year (Clint Hydes)
• Outsourced Contact Centre Manager of the Year (Phil Stringer)
