Local MP praises growing Southend contact centre business

Southend, UK, 13th June 2012 - Outsourced contact centre, Ventrica which provides niche, high quality customer contact services, was recently visited by local Conservative MP for Southend and Rochford, James Duddridge who was impressed by the company’s operation and growth in the current economic climate.

James Duddridge commented, ‘It’s wonderful to see a business like Ventrica thriving in what is a tough trading environment. Ventrica founder Dino Forte has created a vibrant and successful environment that is hugely popular with both staff and clients. The positive atmosphere is obviously a key reason why the company has attracted some of the Worlds top brands as its clients.’

‘Southend really is the perfect location for businesses, with easy access to the Capital and links to Europe with the recent expansion of Southend Airport. It’s always a pleasure to meet with businesses with a passion for what they do and hope that Ventrica’s model will inspire other local businesses.’

Ventrica works with many UK and European companies providing both English-speaking and multi-lingual staff to manage all types of services - from telemarketing and customer care lines through to managing multimedia contact such as email and social media.

Founder of Ventrica, entrepreneur, Dino Forte commented, “We aim to be one of Southend’s largest private employers and create an atmosphere where staff feel valued, engaged with the business and have the potential to further their career. The competition out there is tough, but there is still massive demand from companies looking for high quality outsourced customer management. This allows companies to focus on what they do best and rely on experts to nurture new and existing customer relationships. Ventrica is continuing to grow and we are on track for a £5m turnover by 2014.”

Ventrica’s premises are located in Tylers House on Tylers Avenue, Southend, with views across the bay.
