A night with the stars at ECCCSA 2016
The Ventrica team attended a star-studded event on Monday held at London’s Hilton Park Lane, hosted by TV personality Fiona Bruce, joined with double Olympic and Commonwealth record holder, Rebecca Adlington.
Ventrica was shortlisted for two awards at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2016 for ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’ and ‘Medium Contact Centre of the Year’ against the likes of Volkswagen, Barclaycard, Lego, BT and Airbnb.
Ventrica’s Managing Director and founder Dino Forte said, “It was truly a great honour to be shortlisted amongst such prestigious and global brands. The event was the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues from Europe’s finest contact centre operations and to also thank our staff for all their amazing efforts this year. I’m so proud of everyone and everything we have achieved, the commitment and effort from all the team has been exceptional. We are all looking forward to next year! Many congratulations to all the winners.”
The ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’ category award recognised Ventrica’s work on behalf of Barratt Homes that has resulted in enhanced customer loyalty, the generation of 700 appointments every week, a 4.8/5 customer satisfaction score and a 10% conversion rate of enquiries leading to house viewings.
Ventrica has witnessed phenomenal success and growth over the last 12 months that has culminated in the addition of a new designer penthouse contact centre suite that in total supports up to 330 seats. This expansion and a second site planned in 2017 will create 200 new jobs. The extension is due to an increased demand for its omni-channel customer services and forms part of the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Further enhancing its offering and taking full advantage of digital transformation, the company also launched sister company Ventrica Digital to offer new, measurable and affordable digital and social media management services.
