Ventrica celebrate reaching final of six 2023 ECCCSA categories

It is an absolute joy to announce that Ventrica and our partners are finalists in six categories of the 2023 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA’s).

Now in its 23rd year, the award-winning ECCCSAs is the longest-running and largest awards programme in the European customer contact industry. The programme recognises organisations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.
