Siobhain Goodall appointed as new Business Development Manager.

Ventrica is pleased to announce the appointment of Siobhain Goodall as New Business Development Manager.

Siobhain has spent all her career within contact centres and outsourcing, and enjoys the vibrancy of the industry which adapts to challenges and changes so well, and is totally focused on people, whilst supported by technology. Her career over the last few years has been in Business Development and leadership roles, and she has successfully won and delivered complex flexible solutions across a range of sectors. For several years Siobhain has enjoyed being a part of the judging panel for both the European Contact Centre Customer Service Awards, and the UK Contact Centre Awards run by the CCMA.

Siobhain is passionate about doing the right thing and having integrity in all that she does - ensuring that clients, customers and team members all have the best experience possible.
Outside of work, Siobhain has a teenage daughter and a teenage dog, which takes up plenty of time, but still finds time to cook and entertain at every opportunity! Speaking of her new role as BDM at Ventrica, Siobhain said, “I am overjoyed to be joining the team at Ventrica at such a pivotal time in their evolution and growth. The already impressive client list and customer service achievements and plans for the future under the leadership of Iain Banks and his team are beyond exciting. I look forward to adding new clients to the business and delivering to them an amazing customer experience.”
