What a night! Forget Glastonbury, the place to be last Friday (23rd June) was the London & South East Contact Centre Awards, held at a glittering ceremony at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel. Such a great evening and to top it off, Ventrica won both categories in which we were shortlisted! A massive congratulations goes to both Elliott James who won 'Agent of the Year' and Ventrica's McCarthy & Stone team for winning 'Best Outsourcing Partnership'.
Run by the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF), the 2017 London and South East Contact Centre Awards (LSECCA 2017) recognises individual, team and company best practice amongst the two regions 2500+ contact centres – rewarding innovation, team-working, employee engagement, the delivery of superb Customer Experience and much, much more.
The judges criteria for Agent of the Year was based on a Contact Centre or Customer Service Agent that has performed at an outstanding level during the last 12 months, with particular emphasis on customer service, exceeding targets, teamwork, innovation and acting as a positive role model for the whole organisation.
The 'Best Outsourcing Partnership' award recognised how Ventrica met or exceeded customer experience targets and showed a clear understanding of business aims and objectives of the client, McCarthy & Stone PLC, the largest developer of privately owned retirement property in the UK. The accolade also took into account the consistency in messaging and practices between the two organisations, excellent communication and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, providing additional value and overall contact centre performance.
