Ventrica shortlisted for European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2018

Ventrica is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted in this year’s European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2018 (ECCCSAs) in the categories of ‘Best Outsourced Contact Centre’ and ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’ in conjunction with New Look. The awards received a record number of nominees this year from over 20 European countries.

In 2017 Ventrica took Gold for ‘Best Outsourced Contact Centre’ in Europe and was Highly Recommended in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category.

In March 2018, Ventrica’s Nick Upton won a Gold award at the UK National Contact Centre Awards, picking up the top accolade in the Individual awards category of ‘Resource Planning Manager’ and Ventrica’s IT Team went home with a Bronze award for the ‘Contact Centre Support Team of the Year’ category.

During August and September the judging will take place for the ECCCSAs and then the winners will be unveiled at a glittering awards ceremony in London hosted by TV personality Fiona Bruce in November.
