Essex business is in search of ‘Euro’ talent
- Award-winning contact centre looking for multi-lingual speakers after winning new contracts
Southend, UK, 14th June 2016 – One of Essex’s fastest growing businesses, outsourced contact centre Ventrica based in Southend has announced that it is on the hunt for European talent after winning a handful of new contracts with UK and global brands. The company is looking to create 50 jobs for bi-lingual customer service experience advisors, and a further 80 English speaking positions to start at the end of July.

We are no longer an island when it comes to e-commerce, and this is reflected in the increase in demand for native-language and English speakers.
What’s also significant is that more and more brands are choosing the UK as a centralised customer service hub to manage on-line sales across different countries such as France, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and Italy. We are ideally located in Southend as we can tap into a rich, cosmopolitan pool of skilled personnel, both from London and the rest of the South-East.”
Ventrica is a rapidly expanding business that grew by 70% in 2015 and is on target for 80% growth this financial year. Ventrica is now one of the largest employers in Southend and one of the fastest growing businesses in Essex having experienced phenomenal growth over the last 12 months. By August the contact centre will be extended to 340 seats, with plans to double this to 600+ seats in 2017.
Ventrica is currently looking for candidates fluent in English and also bi-lingual speakers who can also speak either German, French, Spanish or Portuguese.
