We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a forthcoming UKCCF (UK Contact Centre Forum) event on the subject of ‘Social Media, AI & Virtual Agents and Web Chat’ on the 29th March.
From ‘Social Media Secrets from across the Sectors’ to the use of virtual agents and webchat in customer service, delegates will be given the chance to join us at our state of the art offices in Southend-on-Sea for a half-day of informative presentations from industry experts.
