August Employee Awards

As a busy Summer draws to a close, many congratulations goes to Aaron Porter and Rob Lawrence for respectively winning Ventrica’s Peoples Choice Award and Employee of the Month for August.

Aaron Porter who is a Sales Executive won the admiration of fellow colleagues for his continually cheerful and friendly disposition, hard work, success in hitting targets and for generally inspiring the rest of the team with his positive attitude.

Meanwhile, Customer Service Advisor, Rob Laurence picked up the Employee of the Month Award rewarded for his efforts of always delivering the best experience he can to customers, regularly surpassing targets and always being on hand to help out his fellow workers.
