Inbound Customer Service Advisors required
We currently have opportunities for experienced Customer Service Advisors, based in our Southend on Sea contact centre. You will be required to work on a variety of exciting inbound accounts within either our dedicated or bureau teams. There are both full-time and part-time positions available.
You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience gained from working in a contact centre based customer service environment. Key attributes required are, hard working team player, with a can-do attitude, great personality, the desire to succeed and a high level of integrity. You must be computer literate, have a flexible approach to work. Attention to detail is essential.
Full and part-time hours are available. Full time hours are based on a 37.5hr week and we offer flexible working, incorporating shift patterns during the week and weekends.
Telemarketing Agents required
We are looking for experienced telemarketing agents to work as part of our established outbound team. Based in Southend on Sea you will be required to work on any one of a number of exciting outbound campaigns. Previous telemarketing sales experience within both B2B and B2C environments is advantageous. You will posses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to detail being essential. You will be confident and outgoing with a can do-attitude and great personality.
Full time hours are based on a 37.5hr week and we offer flexible working incorporating shift patterns during the week and weekends.
Multi-lingual Advisors required
We currently have a number of opportunities for multi-lingual people. Primary languages required are Dutch, French, Italian, German, Flemish and Spanish. You will be both fluent in verbal and written communication with proven experience in Telemarketing within both Business 2 Business and Business 2 Consumer environments. You will be part of an expanding yet dynamic team working on a host of exciting new campaigns across Europe.
