Proud to be shortlisted twice in the UK Contact Centre Awards 2018

We are excited to announce we have just been shortlisted in two categories in the UK National Contact Centre Awards.  Now in their 23rd year they are the country’s longest running contact centre awards and recognise the individuals and teams in the industry who are working to make their contact centres professional and industry leading.

Many Congratulations to our Resource Planning Manager, Nick Upton and our IT Team for being shortlisted.  Nick has been recognised for his fantastic attention to detail and pinpoint accuracy and our amazing IT Team who are shortlisted in the ‘Contact Centre Support Team of the Year’ category have been acknowledged for their passion, creativity, knowledge and dedication. There’s just two months until the awards ceremony on the 15th of May that will be held at The Brewery in London.

The awards have an excellent reputation across the industry for being of a very high standard. All of the nominees go through a comprehensive judging process, including personal face to face interviews, panel judging and site visits. The judging will take place over the next month. Best of luck to all the Ventricans involved.
