Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

DO YOU SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH, ITALIAN, GERMAN OR DUTCH?

Working from modern and prestigious offices in central Southend-on-Sea, Ventrica is a state of the art customer contact centre and we require professional bilingual Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team

Working on a variety of exciting accounts within either our dedicated or bureau teams you will be handling Inbound calls and potentially responding to emails and live webchat.

What we need from you:

        Fluency in written and spoken English and native speaker in one of the following languages: French, Italian, German or Dutch?

        Experience in a customer care role / strong knowledge of customer care techniques

        Previous experience in a contact centre would be desirable

        An excellent telephone manner

        Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

        Works well within a team

        Confident IT skills

        Problem solving skills

        Flexibility, professionalism, drive and a willingness to learn

        Flexibility towards working hours
