Customer Service Advisor - Full Time

Do you have the dedication to work in a vibrant, fast paced environment supporting a team of customer service professionals?.... and are you passionate, enthusiastic, have a great personality and love talking to people? Then come and speak to us!

Working from modern and prestigious offices in central Southend-on-Sea, Ventrica is a state of the art customer contact centre and we require professional Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team.

Working on a variety of exciting accounts within either our dedicated or bureau teams you will be handling Inbound calls and potentially responding to emails and live webchat.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a customer care role / strong knowledge of customer care techniques

  • Previous experience in a contact centre would be desirable

  • An excellent telephone manner

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Works well within a team

  • Confident IT skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and a willingness to learn

  • Flexibility towards working hours


Working hours: Monday to Sunday - 40 hours per week (various shift patterns available).

Start date: immediate starts available
