Customer Service Advisor - Full Time

Working from modern and prestigious offices in central Southend-on-Sea, Ventrica is a state of the art customer contact centre and we require professional Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team.
Working on a variety of exciting accounts within either our dedicated or bureau teams you will be handling Inbound calls and potentially responding to emails and live webchat.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a customer care role / strong knowledge of customer care techniques
Previous experience in a contact centre would be desirable
An excellent telephone manner
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Works well within a team
Confident IT skills
Problem solving skills
Flexibility, professionalism, drive and a willingness to learn
Flexibility towards working hours
Working hours: Monday to Sunday - 40 hours per week (various shift patterns available).
Start date: immediate starts available
